Tom Craddock, President of Craddock Roofing, started the company in 1984 after working as a roofing installer for 5 years. Today, Tom manages the operation with "focus on the customer" and he or his supervisor, Jesse Salazar, personally visits each and every Craddock Roofing project. Tom proudly upholds the founding philosophy of installing quality products, never cutting corners, and always doing right by the customer.

Jesse Salazar, Superintendent of Craddock Roofing, has worked for the company since 1984 and has worked as in roofing installer since 1975.  Jesse strives for perfection and insures that every homeowner will have the highest quality workmanship and products installed on their home.
